How do we analyze the faults of solenoid valves and their troubleshooting methods?

1. It is recommended that the user unit appoint a special person to be responsible for use and maintenance.
2. Regular maintenance 1-2 times a year is the best method for reliable operation and longevity of solenoid valves. The following four conditions inside the solenoid valve are the reasons that hinder the normal operation and shorten the life of the solenoid valve.
(1) The medium changes during use
(2) Rust inside the takeover
(3) The oil of the air compressor is oxidized to produce carbon particles, tar and other sundries, which are mixed into the pipeline
(4) There are impurities such as dust particles and dirt in the pipeline (solenoid valve failure)
3. When the solenoid valve is installed or put into operation again after a long period of inactivity, it must be tested for several times with the medium, and it can be used officially after it works normally.
4. When the steam valve is put into operation again after being out of service for a long time, it should be tried several times after draining the condensate, and it can be put into operation only after it works normally.
5. Before overhaul and maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and the medium pressure must be removed.
6. Solenoid valve coil components should not be disassembled (solenoid valve failure)
7. When disassembling the solenoid valve for cleaning, you can use kerosene, trichloroethylene and other solutions, but it should be noted that the rubber parts may swell, so the rubber parts should be replaced.
8. When disassembling and cleaning, all parts should be put in order in order to restore the installation.
