The high-pressure solenoid valve is divided into two structural principles, direct-acting and pilot-operated. The superiorly designed three-dimensional sealing structure can be flexibly matched with different sealing materials, and the valve can reach zero leakage. High-pressure solenoid valves can be divided into brass solenoid valves and stainless steel solenoid valves according to their materials.
Solenoid valve (Electromagnetic valve) is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic. It is an automation basic component used to control fluid. It belongs to actuator and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. The solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many kinds of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The most commonly used ones are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc. KEPELR factory has long been produced High Pressure Solenoid Valve in both Brass & Stainless Steel 304/316/316L for the applications of Water Industry, Energy Industry, Food Industry & others. KEPLER VALVE's Solenoid Valves are displayed in its Official Site: https://www.keplerindustry.com/product-page/brass-solenoid-valve

Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper cavity of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve opens; when the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool of the high-pressure solenoid valve depends on the spring When resetting, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the upper cavity of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve opens.
