What should we be aware of during the installation of Solenoid Valve?
1. Firstly: Before the solenoid valve is installed, we may be involved in a lot of related parameter issues, so we should first consult the operating instructions of the solenoid valve to determine whether the solenoid valve purchased is consistent with the requirements of the operating environment. The pipeline of the solenoid valve will contain impurities when it is stored, so flush it before installation and use. A filter should be installed on the pipeline with unclean media to prevent impurities from hindering the normal operation of the solenoid valve. This is also an important work for the daily maintenance of the solenoid valve, and the technology cleans up the internal impurities.
2. Secondly: Since the solenoid valve works in one direction, it is necessary to check the positive and negative directions when installing, and not reverse installation. It must be ensured that the indicating arrow on the solenoid valve is consistent with the direction of movement of the pipeline medium. There are also considerations in the installation direction. The solenoid valve must be installed horizontally, and the installation direction of the coil must be kept vertical. The advantage of vertical installation is that it can increase the service life. 3.
