Pneumatic actuator and valve installation
1. Adjust the output shaft of the pneumatic actuator to the off position and close the valve at the same time, then align the output shaft hole of the device with the rod core and install it vertically, and fasten it with the valve bracket with bolts.
2. After the valve and the pneumatic device are safe, the switch should be debugged. If the switch is easy, there is no blocking phenomenon, and the position is accurate, it is qualified. Otherwise, find out the reason and eliminate it.
3. Matters needing attention:
(1) Keep the air source dry and clean during use, so as to prevent the guide material from entering the cylinder and affecting the normal operation of the pneumatic device.
(2) Frequently dust and maintain the surface of the device.
(3) Perform regular inspections.
Generally, the assembly of the actuator and the ball valve is carried out through the bracket and the connecting sleeve. It can also be directly inserted into the shaft hole of the pneumatic actuator through a special valve stem. Note that the shaft head cannot be higher than the depth of the actuator shaft hole, otherwise it will die and cause the actuator to work. Failure, all the parts used for connection require high matching accuracy, otherwise it will affect the switch angle and cause valve leakage. The matching tolerances of the parts are in accordance with the relevant standards. The matching tolerances of the shaft head (valve stem), square hole and flat head of the shaft hole According to H11/d11, the parallelism and symmetry are according to the 9-level tolerance of form and position. The size and tolerance of ordinary flat keys are in accordance with GB/T1095, and the size and tolerance of semicircular keys are in accordance with GB.
