Air Tank & Pneumatic Actuator of KEPLER VALVE
1. Connect a solenoid valve (also connected to a mechanical control valve and a manual valve) between the cylinder and the air source to control the work of the cylinder of KEPLER Pneumatic Actuator.
2. In addition to the solenoid valve and air filter connected between the cylinder and the air source, there are common throttle valves, pressure reducing valves, safety valves, relief valves and so on. It is generally designed and configured by the control requirements of the pneumatic system, which is widely used in Pneumatic Ball Valve & Pneumatic Butterfly Valve produced by KEPLER VALVE. https://www.keplerindustry.com/product-page/upvc-plastic-2-way-pneumatic-ball-valve-true-union

3. The system that uses liquid as a medium is a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system and the pneumatic system have many similarities, such as the symbols of the components and the principle of action. However, due to the different working media, the difference between the two is still very large. The most obvious is the recovery of the working medium. The working medium of the pneumatic system is air, and recovery is generally not considered. The medium of the hydraulic system is often oil, which cannot be directly discharged into the atmosphere like a pneumatic system, and must be returned to the oil tank for recycling. In addition, most of the components in the hydraulic system (including solenoid valves) and the components in the pneumatic system are not universal. The working pressure of hydraulic system is higher than that of pneumatic system. The sealing requirements are also high, and KEPLER can customize the Sealing Materials inside the Valves according to the clients requirements.
