5. Valve performance testing
(1) When the valve is manufactured in batches of a certain specification, an authoritative organization should be entrusted to carry out the following performance tests: ①The opening and closing torque of the valve under working pressure; ②Under working pressure, the valve can be closed tightly and continuously opened and closed. Number of times; ③The detection of the flow resistance coefficient of the valve under the condition of water delivery in the pipeline.
(2) The valve shall undergo the following tests before leaving the factory: ①When the valve is open, the valve body shall withstand the internal pressure of twice the valve working pressure; ②When the valve is closed, both sides shall bear 1.1 times the pressure of the valve respectively. Pressure value, no leakage; But the leakage value of the metal-sealed butterfly valve is not greater than the relevant requirements.
6. The internal and external corrosion protection of the valve
(1) The inside and outside of the valve body (including the variable speed transmission box) should first be shot blasted to remove rust, and strive to electrostatically spray powdered non-toxic epoxy resin with a thickness of more than 0.3mm. When it is difficult to electrostatically spray non-toxic epoxy resin for extra-large valves, similar non-toxic epoxy paint should also be brushed or sprayed.
(2) The inside of the valve body and all parts of the valve plate require comprehensive anti-corrosion. On the one hand, it will not rust when immersed in water, and there will be no electrochemical corrosion between the two metals; on the other hand, the surface is smooth to reduce the water resistance.
(3) The hygienic requirements of the anticorrosive epoxy resin or paint in the valve body shall have the inspection report of the corresponding authority. The chemical and physical properties should also meet the relevant requirements.
7. Valve packaging and transportation
(1) Lightweight blocking plates should be installed on both sides of the valve for solid sealing.
(2) Valves with medium and small diameters should be bundled with straw ropes and transported in containers.
(3) Large-caliber valves are also packed with simple wooden frame solid packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
8. Valve factory manual The valve is equipment.
The following relevant data should be indicated in the factory manual: valve specification; model; working pressure; manufacturing standard; valve body material; valve stem material; sealing material; valve shaft packing material; valve stem shaft Cover material; internal and external anti-corrosion material; operating starting direction; number of revolutions; opening and closing torque under working pressure; name of manufacturer; date of delivery; number of delivery; weight; diameter, number of holes, center hole distance of connecting flange; The graphic method indicates the overall length, width, and height control dimensions; the valve flow resistance coefficient; the effective opening and closing times; the relevant data of the valve factory inspection and the precautions for installation and maintenance.
